Suzette Thibault, the founder/owner of Craft Creations Unltd, began making these crafts in 1989. There are currently over 200 hand-crafted items to choose from. We offer wood-burned and hand-painted art, handmade wood crafts and shell craft, as well as quality hand-crafted furniture. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask us. We are constantly including more items. Commonly, we include items from affiliates on consignment. These artists and crafters produce only hand-made items, and abide by the same high-quality standards as Craft Creations Unltd.

We also accept custom-orders and personalize gifts. Additional charges may apply. We will even wood-burn and hand-paint a landscape or portrait of your pet for a minimum of $65. Pricing depends on size, wood type, framed or not, and amount of detail required. Good sample picture(s) needed. We will return your photos with your portrait.

The products mainly consist of wood and/or seashells, as well as other nature products. Our main interest lies in replicating or representing nature. We design, craft and create, shape, build, wood-burn, hand-paint, and so much more.

Since we don't mass produce, please allow for slight variations. Allow 10-15 business days for delivery. For larger orders, allow 3-4 wks. Heavier items are subject to an additional shipping & handling charge.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please call us toll free within 7 days of order received and we will promptly address any concerns. We welcome your calls, e-mails and letters. You may return your purchase within 30 days for exchange. Should you request a credit or refund, it must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. A full refund, of the intial purchase amount, less shipping and handling, will be issued upon receipt of the undamaged items. Any additional shipping & handling charges are not included. Refunds are not applicable on personalized and/or custom made items.  We will, however, attempt to acommodate with repairs and alterations. After all, we like happy repeat customers.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Craft Creations Unlimited reserves the right to accept and reject items placed for sale. You acknowledge that Craft Creations Unlimited is a sponsor supported service provided to you free-of-charge, unless you are a paid advertiser or online consignment seller. You agree that Craft Creations Unlimited reserves the right to remove your ad, online consignment items and web site from the service, at any time, without notice, for a violation of our guidelines or for any other reason.

ACCEPTABLE WEB SITE USE
Craft-Creations-Unltd.com reserves the right to deactivate accounts with/without any reasons. You may only use this site for lawful purposes. You may not post any information that is inaccurate or false, or that infringes or violates the rights of any third parties, or that in any way misrepresents us, you or your interests. If you have a password to this site or our member service, you may not share that password with third parties. In addition, you may not use the services provided through Craft-Creations-Unltd.com to:
defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
conduct or forward illegal contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, unsolicited e-mail or multi-level marketing campaigns; publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any:
(i) inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, adult content, nude, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;

Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines that may be applicable for any particular Communication Service. Conduct or forward illegal contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters. Violate any applicable government laws or regulations, such as, but not limiting to, copy-right infringement laws, etc.

ONLINE SELLERS
Check your e-mail regularly for orders! You never now when there'll be an order waiting. All items should be signed, however, are sold representing Craft Creations Unlimited. You then need to securely pack your quality hand-crafted items, include a Craft Creations Unlimited business card (which will be mailed to you), and mail your order to the customer, using a form of delivery confirmation (and insurance, if neccessary). Once you have the approxiamate delivery date, you must notify us. We, in-turn, will notify the customer, thereof and follow up. It is your responsibility to mail your order within 7-10 business days, from the date of purchase, and to assure the delivery to arrive undamaged. Craft Creations Unlimited will not be held responsible for your damaged items or returns, this is your obligation. Craft Creations Unlimited will, also, commonly accept special requests from customers. It is at your discretion whether you will be able or willing to accommodate. We may be able to assist you, otherwise. This is where prompt communication is crucial.
(A) Payment will be electronically transferred via PayPal or, upon request, a check will be mailed to you, less our commission, upon customer receipt and satisfaction of order.
(B) Refunds are to be requested by the customer within 7 days of receipt of order. It is a combined responsibility to refund the customer within 30 days of refund agreement. If you have not been paid yet, then don't worry about it. The Order will be returned to you "undamaged". If you have already been paid, you will need to electronically transfer your amount via PayPal, to CraftCreationsUnltd@hotmail.com's account. Otherwise, a check, money-order or certified check will need to be mailed to our postal address. Our company has had only one refund to date!(2003)
(C) Alterations and Repairs
Occassionally, customers may request alterations or repairs of items, do to misunderstandings, customer service, etc. The customer is reponsible for shipping and handling of the item being returned. You are, however, responsible for additional shipping and handling charges, when resending the order. Again, inform us of the approxiate delivery date. We will handle all customer service, and inform the customer of their new order delivery status. 

COMMUNICATION
Craft Creations Unlimited requires a functioning e-mail address, as well as, an operating phone number for contacting of orders and a mailing address, for receipt of Craft Creations Unlimited's business cards is necessary. Personal business advertising is reason for removal. If contact is not successfull, in order to have the order completed in a timely manner, your ad or online consignment items will be removed from this site. It is your duty to keep all contact information updated. Should your item not generate sales over a length of time, we reserve the right to remove your items.
